The laser is etching a design of a certain height from the vector file, that is where the laser does not know how far the object is away in which auto-focus automatically decides based on the vector file of the height and the physical product that is being lasered. You would 1st put the housing in the base, hit the Auto-Focus functional which basically is the auto-calibration of the product distance. If the light turns green, it has been auto focused. If the light does not need green, then you may need to do a manual adjustment (Rise / Down Button Next to Auto-Focus Button) until it turns green. After it turns green, the adjustment is ready to use.

How to use Z – One Laser Machine?

First of all, Windows PC is required to be used for this Laser Machine and Mac are not compatible. Download Software from http://imt.sjtmt.com

Afterwards, press the F1 Key to see if the red light aligned exactly on the burn area location. If the red light is misaligned, press the F3 key to adjust the settings.
